Installation template is incorrect for undermountAlishaPurchased this sink to have installed Undermount as it gives you the option to do either Undermount or top mount. We provided the template to our countertop supplier who used the template for the cut out. Now the sink is installed however the cut out as per the template is too big. Apparently the template and install instructions are for top mount only and you have to use the product measurements to assume the cut out for Undermount. Now there is an inch lip around the sink under the counter top. Looks ridiculous. You should provide separate assembly instructions and a template if it isn’t the same. Or advise that you cannot use the provided template and assembly instructions for Undermount installation. Now I either pay for a new counter top (not happening), find a sink that will fit, or live with the sink as is.
