frustratingChantalleThe ability to adjust evenly is not great and very obvious when you have a succession of drawers in line. I opted for the soft close instead.
Absolute garbage, drawers won’t alignChadHave spent an hour adjusting and fiddling with these, impossible to align drawers with these. Its ridiculous.
Does not line up properly!JoyceVery hard to install. But once installed, the small drawer on top cannot open unless the bottom larger one is opened. And then to line them up you have to close both at the same time! Even then there is a gap on one side. I have tried tweaking it but it did not work.
I went back and got two shelves and a door instead. Very disappointed cause the reason of getting a Besta is the flexibility between drawers and shelves.

Brutal installation!Anonymous reviewerHoly cow! If I had known these were going to be such a pain in the butt (and hands & fingers too!) to install I would not have bought them. Getting the hook into the hole on the back of the drawer is terrible. You need to be a contortionist if you’re installing stacked drawers. There needs to be some sort of brake or clamp etc to hold the rails open and in place when you’re trying to mount the drawer. The mechanism to adjust the depth of the push mechanism is so hard to turn I’ve torn up most of my fingers. It took me nearly 2 days and enough profanity to make a sailor blush to get 6 drawers installed and adjusted. Never again!
Parts missingJaniceWe ALL know the instruction sheets are SO wonderful (NOT). It’s a royal pain to assemble the furniture. Plus, the worst part, is when HARDWARE is missing!

Don’t love theseKaylaThey do the job but are a pain to use. They don’t always latch properly making the drawers not flush on the.unit. We’ve purchased the other ones when they came in stock and will be replacing them.
