I have ordered a whole set for my pantry and walk in. The ‘designer’ didn’t mention that there are 7 pieces missing from this product. I’m trying since more than 2 months now to get it without success.
Other pieces were missing too but I succeeded to get them. Your rep totally misguided me in order to sell. This is totally unacceptable at this stage! 1

Useless product and serviceYvesThe boaxel suspension rail doesn't function with the hjalpa clothes rail.
I spent literally hours on the phone with about 4 customer service agents. Some made sense, some didn't. When I got to the store to address the issue supposedly resolved, with a ticket number in hand, they didn't understand what I was talking about. I left with the wrong product.
The return orders desk closing at 4PM was not helpful.
My conclusion: You get what you pay for cheap product, cheap service. I'm never going to ikea again. 1

Installation okLineI did a small walk in closet and while installation was a bit of a challenge, it maximizes the wall space available. I ordered the metal shelving hoping it was more durable. So far it’s holding up well. Planning the space and using the on line tool was essential. 5

You don't need thisAnonymous reviewerI bought this 62 cm Suspension Rail for a Boaxel two section closet, but I didn't have the 82 cm one for the other half. Turns out you don't even need this one to hang the system straight. On the Boaxel planner, it does say these are optional, but I grabbed it without knowing any better. Will be returning it soon.1
