Do all meals in the IKEA Restaurant qualify?

Is there a limit to how many qualifying meals I can buy at once?
No, there is no limit to the amount of qualifying meals you can buy at once; however, you can only claim one Bonus Meal at a time. Once you’ve reached 10 qualifying meals, we suggest you claim your Bonus Meal before you purchase your next qualifying meal.
If I buy a qualifying meal for someone who is not an IKEA Family member, does it still count toward my Bonus Meal tracker?
Yes, it still counts. As long as you scan your IKEA Family card at the checkout, any qualifying meal purchase will count towards your Bonus Meal.
I’ve purchased 10 qualifying meals. How do I get my Bonus Meal?
Log into your IKEA Family account and visit the Bonus Meals page, here https://ikeafamily.ca/en/bonus-meal. Note that the meal tracker is updated every Thursday, at 11PM ET. Then simply scan the barcode at checkout to get your free meal! We’ll also send you an email to notify you when you’ve earned a Bonus Meal. Make sure you’re opted in to receive our emails by logging in to your account here https://ikeafamily.ca/en/login and checking the “Let’s keep in touch!” box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What can I get with my Bonus Meal?

How long after purchasing my 10th meal do I have to wait before I can get my Bonus Meal?
Our meal tracker system updates every Thursday at 11PM ET, at which point you’ll be able to see your progress and claim any earned Bonus Meals.
Can I collect multiple Bonus Meals and, if so, can I use them all at once?
Each IKEA Family member can only be eligible for one Bonus Meal at a time. You can still purchase qualifying meals and have them count towards your next Bonus Meal; however, please note that if you’ve earned a Bonus Meal, your meal tracker will not reflect any further purchases until the current Bonus Meal coupon is used or expires.
What happens if I have earned a Bonus Meal and forget to claim it when making a qualifying meal purchase?
It’s ok, don’t worry! Any qualifying meal purchase will count towards your next Bonus Meal. They will appear on your meal tracker once your current Bonus Meal coupon is used or expires.
My meal tracker is incorrect. How can I claim purchased meals that aren’t showing up?
Our meal tracker system updates every Thursday at 11PM ET. If, after that time, your qualifying meal purchases are still not showing up correctly, please have your restaurant receipt(s) and IKEA Family card number ready and contact customer service at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532).
Do my Bonus Meals expire?
Yes, Bonus Meals expire 30 days from when they are issued. To find your nearest IKEA location and restaurant hours please visit https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/stores/.
What happens if I don’t claim my Bonus Meal within 30 days and it expires?
Any subsequent qualifying meal purchases will still count toward your next Bonus Meal. You won’t see them on your meal tracker until after current Bonus Meal coupon is claimed or expires.
What happens after I redeem my Bonus Meal?
Your Bonus Meal will still show up on your Bonus Meal page until the following Thursday at 11PM ET, at which time it will be removed and your meal tracker will reset.
Do meals purchased in the IKEA Bistro qualify?
