When you submit a review or photo through the IKEA Ratings and Reviews service (on our website or app), here’s what you’re agreeing to:

You’re Saying That:

• You’re over the age of majority where you live.
• You created the content yourself and own the rights to it.
• You’re okay with IKEA using your content, and you’ve waived any “moral rights” (like the right to be identified as the author).
• What you’re sharing is honest, accurate, and based on your real experience.

Photo Guidelines

If you’re uploading images, please make sure they:

• Focus on the product you’re reviewing.
• Don’t include people or personal information.
• Are free from text, filters, or edits.
• Don’t contain anything inappropriate. 
  
  

How We Use Your Content

We may use your review or photo in different ways — online, in-store, or elsewhere — and we might edit or remove it if needed. By submitting it, you’re giving us permission to use it forever, anywhere, without paying you. Your content isn’t confidential, so please only share what you’re comfortable with.

Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for what you submit. If there’s a legal issue (like someone else’s rights being violated), you agree to cover any costs IKEA might face because of it.
