I’m having trouble downloading the IKEA Home smart app.

I cannot connect my app/phone to my gateway. What am I doing wrong?

I cannot connect Amazon Alexa to my IKEA Home smart system.

If I do a factory reset of the gateway, what happens to the system (connected light sources) and the IKEA Home smart app?
