I purchased a product that has been recalled. What should I do?
Customer safety is a top priority at IKEA, and all our products are tested and comply with applicable standards and legislation. Despite these testing standards, there are times where products must be recalled if there is a concern for customer safety.
To find current recalls, please visit All IKEA Product Recalls. You can return your recalled products to any IKEA store. You can also call us at 1-800-661-9807 and one of our agents will be glad to help you.
Please note that a receipt is not required for recalls and you'll receive the refund via cash, credit, debit or gift card.
