How do I cancel a Taskrabbit task?

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done directly through the Taskrabbit platform.

To cancel your Taskrabbit task, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to your tasks: Find the "My Tasks" or "Bookings" section.

What if the Tasker cancels my service?

  2. Receive a full refund: If no service was performed and you do not wish to rebook, you will receive a full refund.
 

How do I get a refund if applicable?

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund according to Taskrabbit's policy (e.g., cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, or Tasker cancelled), the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. The processing time for refunds can vary, usually taking 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
