I placed an order on the IKEA Shoppable app and it seems to have disappeared, what happened?

When trying to process an order through the app, there is a 30 minute timeout while going through the checkout, which can result in the order disappearing.

Additionally, the order can disappear if you receive an incoming call,  your network drops when during your commute or you switch to another app. An error code can then appear, advising you that the order has been deleted.
