IKEA Sell-back program
Why let your much-loved IKEA furniture go to waste? Bring them back to us any time of the year and we’ll buy them back. You’ll then get in-store credit to make your next purchase more affordable, while your used furniture finds a new home.

Become an IKEA Family member to qualify for Sell-back program
With the IKEA Sell-back program, IKEA Family members can receive in-store credit and give unwanted furniture a second life. This way you allow someone else to enjoy your second-hand IKEA furniture instead of having to buy something brand new.
How the IKEA Sell-back program works
1. Calculate your furniture's value
Submit an application to check how much in-store credit you'll get for your used IKEA products. You must be an IKEA Family member to qualify.
To check the status of your application, log into the IKEA Sell-Back program application form and click the My Applications tab.
2. Receive your estimate
3 - 5 days after submitting your product, be sure to sign back into your IKEA Family account to check the status of your submission.
3. Bring it back to us
If your submission was approved, bring your assembled furniture to your local IKEA store within 30 days of receiving your estimate.

Donate unaccepted items to Furniture Bank
We understand that not all items may qualify for our Sell-Back program. However, they can still find a new home and purpose through donation. Instead of letting them go to waste, consider donating them to a Furniture Bank location in the Greater Toronto Area. Even if your items don't meet our criteria, they could still benefit someone in need. Help us promote sustainability and reduce waste by giving your furniture a second chance at life.
