Eventually corrodes and rustsSamriddhiI bought this around one and a half years ago since they’re advertised as great for damp places. Quite sturdy at first. It fit a lot of my stock in the kitchen. However over time the metal has corroded and it has started to rust. I can’t use it in my kitchen or anywhere else anymore due to safety concerns :(2

After a year, the units are holding up very well.IanAfter a year of use in the garage, 7 of these units, some stacked and others single, they have held up well against a wall. For added stability, I tied them together, side-by-side with zip ties. Assembly was moderately easy once I got the hang of it and the adjustable height feet worked well with the uneven and sloping floor. I'd buy these again for another project.5

It's definitely not Metro WIre qualityJohnWe are using this as a shoe rack in the garage. It is OK for purpose, but the quality isn't what was expected. The shelves themselves are not flat, the wires were not bent enough before they were welded to the frame of the shelf, so they bow up. No amount of bending back will straighten them. The quality of the plating is so so as well. The adjustable feet are a nice touch. The plastic clasps used for locking the shelves in place are OK, but brittle. I had one extra in the kit.3
