No corner ties!MichaelWe purchased this duvet cover because our son’s single duvet cover purchased from ikea had corner ties to secure the duvet inside. We were surprised this one didn’t and Will be returning it for this reason, otherwise the duvet clumps up inside.1
Grey-Green Great!AmandaI bought the grey green 100% cotton, queen size duvet cover. The colour is beautiful. Definitely a light soft green and can look like a mint ish green to a sage green depending on lighting. There are no ties inside but I also purchased a Duvet from Ikea at the same time and I don’t find it needs to be tied. Actually I prefer it this way. I’ve washed it a few times in hot water, normal dry cycle and it comes out smelling beautiful. Because it’s cotton it can get quite wrinkled, especially if left sitting in the dryer. I have ironed it on high and you can also use a steamer. There’s no pilling which is why I buy cotton. All around I think it’s a great purchase and you can’t beat Ikeas prices and return policy.5
It’s okLylaDuvet and pillow cases are nice but the texture/material makes all our pet hair stick to it. I also am not a fan of this colour against a white bed frame, but that could just be me.3
Poorly made duvet coverDebbieThere is no hooks/ties/fastener of any kind to hold the duvet in place so the duvet just ends up in a clump.1
Exactly as expected.MartinSoft and a great price!5
Disappointed. KelsieHave this same bedding from a few years ago, and was happy to purchase again. The fabric is VERY different and a much lower quality. They are also BUTTER Yellow, not the neutral I had hoped. Unfortunately I don’t live near a store and am stuck with them. 1
Fells like burlapAnnaAfter washing material turns to burlap like textured. Impossible to sleep on. Super scratchy. Unfortunately I washed it and didn’t end up sleeping on it till it passed the return apparently. I was rudely denied a return today at Edmonton IKEA. This is a defective item in my opinion. Don’t recommend unless you wanna have a sleepless night. 1
Good buyJoyExcellent colour and material5
Great Duvet CoverReginaThis is a duvet cover made of 100% Cotton. It is very sturdy, protects my duvet and looks great on the bed.5
What Happened?NikkiI have used Angslilja sheets since they came out however many years ago. No issues. Saw some reviews about how they're scratchy now but ignored them. It gets soft as the years pass so I can tolerate scratchy. I bought white ones (2026) and they are unusable. Have had them a few months now. First thing I noticed was how sheer they are, oh well. The real issue is that every bit of fibre or hair sticks to these sheets far better than a lint roller ever could. Let's just say my sheets are not exactly white now. They also pill. I've never had a duvet cover in my life that did either of those things. I'd like to know what kind of technology or fabric blend they used to achieve the world's stickiest sheets. Not sure if it's just the white ones but I would consider this a defective product and ikea should stop selling them. $50+ tax loss.1
Attracts lint and hairCassidyquality is great, and i wasn't expecting it to be super soft so that's not an issue, however lint and hair will stick to it, and the material is rough enough that it doesn't wipe off super easily3
See throughAleksandraColour is pretty close to the picture, but it’s sooo see through that on my grey duvet it looks grey 😩
Material is a good quality though3
Believe the reviews.. so scratchy!!NicoleI saw this duvet on display at Ikea and it felt lovely and soft. I figured the reviews about it must be wrong. Nope! The one I picked up in the sealed packet was so so scratchy when I got it home. No amount of washing or fabric softeners has changed it. Im wondering if they changed the material. Don't torture yourself living with this scratchy cover and buy yourself a different one!!2
Love!MarleyThese duvet covers are my favourite. I have a high shedding dog and the fur doesn’t weave into the fabric like other materials. The cotton keeps me cool. It’s not super soft, it’s a nice crisp texture! I bought another since this one and plan on getting other colors!5
White duvet coverHeatherAlthough in the description it said white duvet cover, it came to the house, opened it and was very disappointed, was not white, it was cream! Going back! Second duvet cover that is going back bc of colour issues! I do like the cotton fabric! Becareful choosing the
colour of your duvet!3
SuperDianaThe cotton is perfect for this set so comfy5
Scratchy and collects lintAndreaI just bought this today - gave it a wash and it came out covered in lint and dog hair. I'm reading the reviews after the fact and it seems like it's an issue across the board. It's also nowhere as soft as the display either. It's going back to the store :(2
Almost greatKylieI wanted to love this, but don’t.
I didn’t mind the “crisp” fabric and didn’t find it scratchy, but the white colour was disappointing. The edges have a yellow tinge which makes it look old or stained and it’s a darker shade than the rest of the cover. Returning sadly, as I liked everything else about it.4
Rough textureFionaReally rough texture and it’s meant to be cotton, doesn’t get better with softener1
Duvet cover QueenMinI bought a queen size, the Duvet cover shrunk after washing I couldn’t use it for my Duvet. waste of money1
