What can I do if I have forgotten or lost something in an IKEA store?
Have you left something behind at IKEA? First, check out iLost. Lost and found items are there for up to a month. Cards are securely destroyed.
Forgot your purchases at the checkout or lost something during your visit to IKEA? Don't worry, we're happy to help.
All lost and found items will be posted on iLost. First check if your item is listed. Follow the steps to confirm that it's yours. You can then pick it up at the customer service of the store where you lost it.
Forgot something in a locker? Don't panic. We empty all lockers every evening. Everything we find, we treat as a found object.
Lost and found items must be returned by 4 p.m. the next working day at the latest. iLost . Don't see anything after three working days? Then unfortunately we didn't find it.
We keep lost and found for one month. For your security, credit cards are destroyed within 24 hours and bank cards after seven days, according to the PCI-DSS standard.
