What facilities does the IKEA shop offer for persons with disabilities?
Everyone is welcome at IKEA. Staff at the shop entrance will help you get a free wheelchair so you can do all your shopping.
Because we believe everyone should be able to shop carefree, there are some wheelchairs available in every IKEA store for visitors with reduced mobility.
Of course, these are always free of charge. The staff at the shop entrance or at Småland will be happy to help you.
People accompanied by an assistance dog are welcome in all Belgian IKEA stores.
