Food and Restaurant
You may not know this, but we are actually the sixth biggest food chain in the world, providing healthy snacks and meals with a uniquely Swedish flavour to millions of people every year. As a Food Co-worker, you’ll be part of the team that keeps customers and co-workers happy and well-fed. Not a chef? No problem. There are many different jobs in IKEA Food. As long as you have an appetite for teamwork and are passionate about food, we’ll help you learn what you need to know.
Sales
As a Sales Co-worker, you’ll help customers select products that will make their dreams of a better home come true. We'd love to hear from you if your customer service skills are top notch. You have amazing attention for details and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face. You have an obvious passion for IKEA products and design, as well as our Sustainability commitment. Customer Service
Customer service is all about finding the best way to help our customers, from exchanging products, arranging deliveries, providing spare parts or just pointing the way. As a Customer Service Co-worker, you’ll spend a lot of time learning about our products, services and customers. If you're a good listener this could be the right work area for you.
Home Furnishing and Retail Design
Do you enjoy design and visual display? If so, this could be the area for you to shine in. Our Interior Designers, Visual Merchandisers and Graphic Specialists make the most out of our products, inspiring our customers by helping them make the best choices for their homes. IT
The IKEA.com website receives billions of unique visits every year. We also develop, design and maintain lots of digital assets. If tech is your thing and you’d like to be part of the team working to keep our customers happy wherever and whenever they meet us, these jobs could be for you.
Logistics and Supply Chain
Every IKEA product that has ever been purchased has at some point been handled by a Logistics Co-worker. As part of this team, you’ll replenish shelves, receive orders and move products from A to B. If you’re high-energy, organised, then this is the work area is for you!
Country Service Office
An IKEA store is more than the shop floor, warehouse and Swedish Restaurant. There’s also an office that helps support the whole thing running. As a support co-worker, you'll play your part to help co-workers and customers create a better life at home by making sure the people and systems behind your locations get what they need to run smoothly.
People and Culture (P&C)

Each of our units (Stores, Distribution Centers, Customer Support Centre, Service Office) have People and Culture professionals as part of their organisation. Whether in Recruitment, Co-worker Relations, Leadership or Competence our P&C teams support our co-workers in all aspects of their working lives. But most importantly this function ensures that our culture and values are at the centre of everything we do.
