Enjoy a new way to shop IKEA. Order online and pick up at partner locations we call ‘Collection Points’. Big or small, take advantage of your local Collection Point.

We work with a third-party supplier to reduce your travel time. All orders are loaded into a truck to meet at the collection point on a particular day and time. By combining the travel of different orders, and our customers travelling to meet the truck, we can provide a lower price than the price of delivery to your home address.

It is important that you meet the truck within your date and time window, as orders will not be kept at this location outside of the time window.

Ensure you wear closed toe shoes when picking up your order as this is an active loading dock.

Before visiting your local Collection point, be sure to bring valid ID and your order confirmation email.

Once you arrive at the Collection point, announce you have arrived at the security gate and then present to the site office.

Animals or children under 16 are not permitted onsite. If you are picking up items with a child or animal, they must remain in the vehicle.
Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.

Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.

Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
