Step 1: Parking
• Enter via Car entry (not Truck Entry) for CEVA Logistics at 40 Mcphee Dr, Berrinba and follow the signs to the far end of the carpark.
• Park in one of the four collection bays. Bay 4 is suitable for trailers.
Step 2: Contact for collection
• Once parked, call the number provided via SMS.
• This number is also displayed at the site.
Step 3: Collection and acceptance
• The Collections Team will confirm your order details, name and bay number.
• Once confirmed safe to load, Proof of Delivery photos will be taken of your items.
Safe loading reminder
IKEA Click and collect customers must ensure they have:
• A suitably sized vehicle
• Load-restraint equipment
• Manual-handling support when loading and transporting items
For safety reasons, the Collections Team is unable to assist with loading.
Permitted Vehicles
• The carpark can safely accomodate cars, utes, vans, trailers and light trucks up to 4.5-tonne GVM.
• Unfortunately, vehicles over 4.5-tonne GVM are not permitted on site, so collection using larger trucks isn’t possible.
