My Favourite Knife in the KitchenJemI bought my first Vörda utility knife about ten years ago, with the intention of keeping it as the main knife of my camping kit. After that very first camping trip, I realised just how perfect it was for me to do the vast majority of knife tasks in the kitchen. I reach for this knife over much more expensive knives. Whenever someone asks me for a knife recommendation, I always tell them to make sure to have this knife as part of their knife selections, as it performs exceptionally well for the price level. Stays sharp, but also very quick and easy to keep sharp.5

What is stainless steel?
