My favourite knifeAnonymous reviewerHad this knife for a few years and it is still my favourite. It does feel a bit 'cheaper' than pricier knives but that means I'm not afraid to use/abuse it. The handle is comfortable and grippy and the blade stays sharp for a decent amount of time. The blade is thinner than the 'vegetable' knife in this series so it is easier to cut through vegetables like potatoes or pumpkins. 10/10 would buy again.5

What is stainless steel?
