My favourite knifeSopheaHad this knife for a few years and it is still my favourite. It does feel a bit 'cheaper' than pricier knives but that means I'm not afraid to use/abuse it. The handle is comfortable and grippy and the blade stays sharp for a decent amount of time. The blade is thinner than the 'vegetable' knife in this series so it is easier to cut through vegetables like potatoes or pumpkins. 10/10 would buy again.5

Easy to hold. Ergonomically well designed and manufactured. Sharpness needs occasional work but does very well with their sharpening tool. It even cut blister packs with ease.

What is stainless steel?
