Sharp, useful, good value, but low qualityMarcThe knife, straight out of the block, is extremely sharp and seems to maintain its sharpness with little attention. The grip is well-balanced and "grippy", not slippery. It has been a useful tool... "has been" because within two years it has a crack in the blade, from the top, that goes through side-to-side, rendering it unusable (and rusting). It has *not* been used under pressure or as a "chopper", merely to slice foods. I might buy one again, as the quality:value ratio is so good, but I've not had a knife crack before, which is what I'll be keeping an eye out for for if it happens again.4

Chinese ChopperMichaelAs a veggie knife, pretty awesome and very sharp out the packet. The handle has great grip and feels comfortable in the hand. However you cannot use this chopper for lamb necks, as it is a bit thin and not heavy enough to use as a cleaver. My blade has a ding in it now. Overall I am very happy with this knife.5
