Made of molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel, which is why the knife stays sharp for a very long time.

Handle warped after 2 months, have only ever hand washedZaraHandle warped on this after less than 2 months of use. We only ever hand wash it and haven’t had this issue with other wooden handled knives from ikea. It’s sharp at least.1

What is stainless steel?
