Cats finally accepted itMerrynI bought this and the little cubbyhole insert together, thinking my cats would love it. Remained unused for about 6 weeks, was contemplating donating to op shop when they finally started to use it. Not sure if the new materials smelled too strong/different, or if there were other reasons, but give it some settling-in time before you decide the cats don"t like it.
