Bed is perfect!ViBoth my sisters and i bought this bed and we love it. Plenty of room with the 4 drawers underneath. The drawers are easy sliding with soft close. The bed is stable as rock and we like it as you can adjust to have the mattress sitting high or lower as you prefer.

Be aware of buying king size bed frameZinaI found out that only Ikea king mattress fits in Ikea king size bed. Since I slept on the Ikea mattress, my back hurts in the morning. I wanted to buy different mattress but I have to buy new bed frame as well. very disappointed.
Value now questionableShaunThis was $779 plus the slats 9 months ago, not sure why the price had jumped, but there's probably other value options out there now. Construction is solid and I'm very happy but will reconsider buying a second one for the spare room now

CreakyJoshuaLooks great but there is a lot of unnecessary complexity in the design, which just makes assembly harder and means it has many more points of failure in use. It took a full day to assemble. The slat system is a pain to assemble, unnecessarily complicated, flimsy and creaks. It started creaking on day one (a lot) and hasn't stopped, which is a total design fail. I had high hopes but I'm left feeling quite disappointed and regretful of my decision.
