Ridiculously difficult to assembleMerrynIdea is good, but needs a lot of improvement. The paint is removed on the inside of the top section as you extend it, with the inside of the screw hole scraping against that section as you extend it, and it was so tight that extending it was a 2-person job. The top round adjuster mechanism was extremeky difficult to set up, even once you managed to get it to click into place it clicked out again when you start to make the final adjustment. The provided hex key is not big enough to smoothly rotate for the initial use (adding the hook) and too big for the final use (clamping the two sections together), so you have to insert and remove it relentlessly to achieve either goal. Needs a plain full-length shelf option, rather than only a dish drainer style full-length shelf and a 2/3-length shelf. Position of bottom rail makes a shelf redundant and the top one is so close to the top that it really only works for hooks.
Great design but missing a little bitKokGreat design that worked for our small kitchen… however, there are 2 missing bit.
1) a poorly manufactured screw causing it to not lock in properly.
2) it doesn’t have holes so water can’t escape when used near the sink.
