The ultimate way for your kid to get hurt every single dayLydWe’ve had this bed for 2 years now and I’m realising that not a day has gone by where my kid didn’t get hurt by this bed. Even though it has the side walls to stop the child from falling, it doesn’t stop them from falling , it just makes the kid bang their head on the way down. Also, only the side walls have smooth corners on this bed. Every single other corner is very pokey. If you buy an ikea mattress to go with it, the mattress will be at the same height as the sides of the bed - which means a guaranteed shin bash every single time a child climbs into the bed. My kid must’ve banged his head against the side walls about 500 times in the middle of the night - waking up crying and screaming. Also, unlike most beds, this one ends up having 6 legs which means that when you’re changing the bedsheets you are very likely to bang your feet against the bed legs in the middle . You might think we’re an exceptionally clumsy family, but all these problems go away with a normal bed1

OkAnonymousI bought this bed this week, had to return it and have it replaced as there was an issue with holes not being drilled for fittings, when second bed was opened same issue. If possible check before you take item home. Otherwise it’s a nice bed2
My toddler loves this bed!KirstenJust bought this bed for my 2 year old to transfer to. It's size makes it perfect for a small room and hasn't made the transition as scary. She has absolutely loved it! The other handy thing is that the extra pieces of the extendable mattress fit perfectly under the bed for storage.5
