Opened carton to lay out pieces to put together. Box went into the bin.
No numbering or anything on the pieces. Instructions very poor.
Then noticed two pieces had dents. Informed Ikea and sent photos. You said you would get back to me. Nothing.

Perfect for indoor and outdoor useGregWe have bought 8 so far, we are using 2 stacked on each other for laundry/pantry storage. 3 are being used in the kitchen/dining room as a buffet for storage, 2 are outside in the gazebo for storage, and 1 for storage of our grandsons toys etc in the room he shares in the hobby room with his grandmother. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We replaced our wooden cabinets with theseGregWe have purchased 6, we use them as cupboards, 2 in the kitchen and laundry, and 2 for storage in the outdoor gazebo, they look good, and have a lot more storage space. We stacked one on top of the other in the laundry,and 2 side by side in the kitchen.

Assembly is incredibly easy.HisakoI’m 73, frail as a twig, and I’ve lost a lot of strength due to an arm injury. I only own a small, toy-like electric screwdriver, so I bought this assuming there was no way I could assemble it myself without hiring a handyman. But with Christmas approaching, all the handymen were booked out, so I decided to give it a try on my own.
Conclusion: it was easy and required no strength at all.
If there are any tips, they would be these: assemble it on a flat, spacious surface (carpet is ideal), and don’t miss the small “holes” shown in the instructions for each part or get their orientation wrong. Take your time looking closely at the diagrams and double-check top, bottom, left, and right.
The door installation is especially clever. It doesn’t use conventional furniture hinges, which makes assembly dramatically simpler.
One person is more than enough. No help needed. You can buy this with confidence.

Hard to assemble but looks nice HelenI’m a seasoned Ikea assembler but this is the most frustrating thing to put together- the guidance in the booklet is inadequate - you have to decide which direction the side panels go on based on two small holes that aren’t highlighted, when you put the back panel in you need to again search for small holes on the plan, the picture doesn’t clearly identify the holes by distance from the end of the panel, and the screws internally are very hard to get in. On top of that, the whole thing slips and slides around the place until you get the internal screws fixed. Not for Ikea-challenged. And please stop making the instructions so cryptic - a few more ‘zoom in’ pictures might really help!
