Practical, easy set up, good storage spaceJoelPractical, easy set up, good storage space. Comfortably fit two of these under our queen size bed on either side. I wouldn't trust it for lots of heavy items, but perfect for shoes and other common bedroom storage needs.5
Nice addition to the bed frameNicolaI bought these to go with the bed frame and very happy with them. They provide good storage and look very neat under the bed. I slightly messed up assembly on the large drawer as it wasn't clear that the middle piece could only fit a certain way. Whilst I am happy, I would suggest some design improvements to Ikea: - they are hard to open as they sit flush against the bed frame - could to with a handle or gap so you can slide your fingers between the gap to open them - other reviewers have said this but the drawer wheels don't slide that well on carpet. Our carpet is closed loop which helps4

UselessAnonymous reviewerTerrible product. Purchased with my Songesand bed, which I had no problems with. I had no problems with the drawers either - until I found that the base of the drawer is too thick to slide into the holes provided. Attempting to insert the bases caused damage to other parts of the product, and now the entire thing has to be thrown out due to a fundamental design flaw. I will be demanding a full refund for the drawers, which were kind of ugly to begin with. Please ensure your products are functional before selling them to the public in the future, IKEA.1

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
