Soderhamn Tallmyra light green fabric coversMinGreat fabric and colour, unfortunately covers are poorly fitting for this premium Ikea product. Most of the velcro does not mate properly with that on the sofa frames. A little disappointed. Just another indication that Ikea quality standards are slipping or suppliers are not being held to account. To be fair it could the velcro on the frame is not in the right place. Nevertheless, Ikea product quality control....#profit before quality.
The most beautiful colour and qualityMelindaI’ve had the Soderhamn couch and chaise for 5 years in white, I wanted a change in colour and when this new colour came out I had to buy it. The colour is so modern and the quality is fantastic.
Fabric is really cheap SwarnikaGot that from ikea which is almost two months back.
Recently noticed threads starting to come out of a newly bought piece of clothing, it likely indicates poor quality fabric

BadSiobhanI recently purchased my second Söderhamn - the quality has declined A LOT.
The fabric of the Viarp is the worst, firstly the fit is terrible of the covers to the couch, and it pulls like crazy - it’s the worst!! The cushions have also changed - once full soft cushions were standard, now replaced with rubbish pancake versions. It’s hard to sit on and you’d be better on the floor.
Overall is super uncomfortable, the quality is terrible… but the price has gone up?!

Not easy to review coversAnonymous reviewerThe new natural calico cushion covers are sewn into the whole cover piece. Why? This is such a poor decision in this new design. Rather than the other covers in the range that have individual zip off covers for easy cleaning when there is a spill, the whole couch has to be dismantled and the whole piece with the 2 attached cushion covers wrestled into the washing machine. Would love to know if someone has created a hack? Or whether we just have to go back to the older style for ease of cleaning!

GreatFionagreat - slightly painful to pull the sofa apart, having lost instructions and the Allan key special tool to screw in and unscrew the nuts, but Google saved the day, and I managed with a standard spanner and generic Allan key, albeit more slowly than the special tool would have taken. did it myself but it did take a while. Looks great

Cosy couch to curl up on!RosieMy partner and I purchased 2 of these couches and we love them. They’re lovely and deep, so we often have people sleep on them. The fabric is really nice, and we love that you can remove all the covers to wash. The only downside would be that the base cushions do tend to slide forward, despite being zipped into place. So I do find myself pushing them back every couple of days.
