Skallknekt = great value for moneyJamesI initially purchased the Skallknekt to serve rice out of my rice cooker. The wooden style is great. It doesn’t scratch. But then I started serving salads, it was a great way to move large portions of salads to my kids’ plates whilst serving a plate. Good quality at a cheaper price. That’s why I recommend the Skallnekt for all salad servers.
