Ok!BernardI've had a Aspekt sharpener for the longest time but time to replace and upgrade, so thought either a sharpening stone or Skarande to try.
Works, to have 3 stones to vary instead of just one, though the arch design meant slight limitation if you have a taller blade, like some asian knives are.

Works very wellReneeThis is a whetstone style sharpener with 3 different grades of stone depending on how blunt your knife is. The cover is a little tricky to unclip and it's a bit bulky but it works really well.
