Okay but flawed productDanielDoor functions well. Can be tricky to install and adjust, but it does give you a good amount of flexibility.
Biggest drawback for me is the width of the border; it’s wider than the width of the walls and floor of the Besta frame, so it obscures part of what is displayed in the Besta (eg if you display a photo, you’ll lose the bottom of it. If you display an action figure, the legs will be hidden). A true glass front for the Besta that offered a full view of the inside would be welcome.
Glass fronted doorsAnnmareeOriginally I thought having all doors solid would look good in my lounge wall unit. However, it did not and, with the help of an online assistant, I was able to choose the glass doors to feature on some of the openings. They look great. I love the assistance online service. It has helped me a lot to ‘see’ before I buy.

Looks great with besta shelfCarolynWe had developed a great besta shelving and TV unit in our family room. In two of the shelves we added these glass doors and down lights which have added a nice touch.
If you buy this, be aware the hinges are sold separately. We didn’t realise until we were assembling.

Doors don't align perfectly no matter how much you try.KjI got three units with six doors.
After much trial and error in adjusting them, I got some doors to align but not all..
This is a design flaw. Mainly of the cupboard units but also for the door. Because these doors should factor that in and allow more adjustments but they don't.
Oh well.. ikea products!

Wrong product in the BoxStefanI bought this product and what was inside the box was different. It was black instead of the wood color. I am no in a position to drive over 50km to exchange that but really disappointed with the product and not recommending IKEA products to anyone nor purchasing from IKEA again.
