Looks Lovely, Function Not So GreatEmmaI absolutely adore the look of this dispenser and the large mechanism you push to dispense as I have pain in my hands, however, the nozzle hole is too close to the main unit. The nozzle itself should be longer allowing more space from the vessel to where the soap actually dispenses.
Looks beautiful CatherineI have one for hand soap and one for body lotion. They look beautiful and works well with thicker liquids.
Nie aesthetics, easy to fill, impractical spoutMarcOn a sink with brass fittings (modern or old) this looks nice. The glass refracts nicely, the "brass" looks good, particularly against modern brass fittings. It's easy to fill with a wide mouth, and has a decent seal. But that nozzle... it just doesn't quite extend far enough out, and I inevitably end up missing my hand, bumping the bottle, or with drips down it side or on my sink. If this is not a nuisance to you, it's otherwise pretty good (I've a couple, one for soap, one for sanitiser, and they look good refracting their glass and its contents).
Looks greatSarahI absolutely love the look of this soap dispenser but unfortunately it has started too tarnish a bit where the soap sits on the metal (where the kids make a mess) and it happened rather quickly within 2 weeks of use. Still works fine and I would buy it again, I just have to make sure it’s dry after the kids use it.
Nice design but dispenser takes some getting used toPooyaThe aesthetic is great. Modern and versatile for various rooms. The way the nozzle expels the soap however needs some getting used to. In the picture it looks like it's coming out of the end of the nozzle horizontally, but actually the hole for the spout is underneath, and in my opinion is a little too close to the main body itself. The first couple of times I made a mess as a result, but I got used to it quickly. I can see kids and guests potentially accidentally spilling some of the contents on the table if they don't position their hand just right. All in all, it's a great product and we would buy it again. Hope this information helps someone.
Good overall, but opportunity for improvement KarthikI love this product and the style. It has a good spring action and the Gold top adds elegance. But just a small practical improvement needed. The sprout length could have been longer to avoid finger being pinched.

Rusts very quicklyStaceyGood hand soap dispenser but the lid rusts very quickly. Not good for using with wet hands at all so kinda pointless. Surprising from IKEA as they normally do better.

Not very practical, but prettyAngelicaWhat I love about this soap dispenser is that its super pretty and I love being to refill it easily with a wider opening, BUT the spout is so short that your hand won't sit under it comfortable, that spout should have been much bigger. Another thing is that the gold is wearing off already. Sadly I think it will need to be replaced in my bathroom soon
Pretty but impractical spoutAnnieNice container, and I like the way the lid fits, but the opening on the spout is too close to the jar. As a result the dishwashing liquid is easy to spill.

Refill easy and soap dispenses wellTamaraI was looking for a soap dispenser with a wide mouth for refill. This is the perfect solution and the soap also dispenses a good amount.
Water left on the brass top is common but not the worst thing in the world.
Looks nice but works uglyBobSpout is too short, so soap is dripping down the side. Water stays on flat top surface so looks messy in use.
