4 out of 6 glasses arrived brokenIrfanI was really disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a set of 6 REKO glasses, and when the parcel arrived, 4 of them were completely shattered. The packaging didn’t seem secure enough for fragile items, and I couldn’t find a clear way to lodge a complaint or request a replacement. It’s frustrating to receive damaged goods and not know where to turn for help. I expected better quality control and customer support from IKEA
