Recommended to use a tool to helpBenjaminThe item is fairly sharp on the inside edges which might be painful to get cables wrapped, you should probably use some kind of tool to help do the job. As for the zip ties, cheapest I’ve ever seen zip ties, looks to be really poor quality. Just go out and buy a cheap pack elsewhere if you don’t want to snip off ugly plastic excess from the manufacturing process. Aside from that it does the job.4

Handy and easy to useJulieNot a flat pack in sight! This is great for hiding unsightly cords and cables that hang from your TV or computer. Just measure the length of cord/s you want to disguise, cut with scissors and slip the cords inside. Against a white wall you even stop noticing the Rabalder tubing. This is a great alternative if you can't afford to have your cabling inserted into the wall, or if you are renting.5
