The frame is easy to install by just clicking it together, no tools are needed.
You can easily attach several PLATSA frames to each other using the included clips. They are easy to mount and remove without using tools, and you avoid visible screw holes on the outside.

platsa 80cm wide wardrobe purchased may 2025DebraIkea is still selling these but is not selling the shelves or internals for it anymore, and has no replacements. What are we supposed to use as shelving if you have no replacement shelving . Stop selling that size if we cant use it !
Highly recommend for kitchen or general storageSandhalWe bought the Platsa series as storage for our office pod. It works great as it's one of the few with deep storage. The build is super easy and the frame took only 5 min to 10 mins to build. The frame is sturdy and the shelves can take a good amount of weight. One of the best things is that it's been designed well and it makes building the unit a no stress occasion. Highly recommended.
Good storage optionLinleyI chose the platsa system instead of pax because the platsa has legs and when you live in a heritage style home with uneven floors adjustable feet are a must. As I wanted a lot of hanging space it would have been good to know that the highest point you can hang a rail is also where the top hinge on the door goes so I had to lower the rail to under the hinge losing valuable rail height.
