Good look but not good for your sharp knifeLaurenceIf I knew the truth about bamboo board, I would not purchase this set. Despite what IKEA claims "easy-care, hardwearing & gentle on your knives", it actually requires seasoning and regular maintenance (oiling) and also dull the knives faster than faster than wooden, plastic or rubber boards.

Small square board splitBarbaraI'd rate these higher, but the small square board has split and cracked in several places. All three were treated with oil before use as directed and have been handwashed. None has been immersed for more than a few seconds, just long enough to clean them. The other two seem fine but the square is not fit for purpose, if it can't be properly washed.
Looks nice, priced wellDoreenCleaned and oiled with food safe orange oil before use. Does scar from knife use. Edges etc. are rather rough and does snag skin if not careful. Too early to tell how good these are to use and clean in everyday cooking. The set of 3 is useful as I use the largest and the square for meat, the round one for fruit for kitchen safety,
