I got them installed via Install Service from IKEA. The review is not for the install service but the product. Install service was terrible and i have provided seperate review of that.5
Didn't nail getting one of the drawers on the runner...chipped it:(PenelopeI love love these drawers and everything about how they go together.....except I did not nail if there is a special trick on how to get the drawers onto both the runners and clicked in ? I understood what I was meant to do from the booklet...but felt like I needed some trips and tricks hack advice on this element....Would purchase again, and plan too...and will be searching online for some said tips and tricks to prevent chipping another drawer and smashing my hand again.4

It’s just what I was looking forJoanneI’ve been looking for a storage solution for my study. That I could customise for the space. Came across this when in the store to check out another system. I have 2 wide drawers on the bottom and two sets of 2 drawers side by side on the top. The finished product feels solid, drawers are deep. It took a while to put together but once the first part was done, the rest was fairly repetitious. You would need a second person though to assemble. When putting the drawers in or stacking the sections together, I can’t see how you could do it alone. It’s heavy (my combo is) but you also need to line dowels up etc. Also, open the box with the plinth and top first - it has the instructions for every combination so more straightforward. I’m going to get another combo for my walk in wardrobe5

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
