Disappointed – Burns Too Fast and Hard to CleanAzminaI really wanted to like the MIDDAGSMAT pan, but it’s been a frustrating experience. It heats up way too quickly and food burns easily, even on medium heat. The surface darkens and becomes black after just a few uses, and cleaning it is a real struggle. I’ve followed all care instructions, but nothing seems to help. Definitely not what I expected from IKEA. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this one.1

What is stainless steel?
