Fantastic induction hobPatriciaSo pleased with induction hob, much better than my ceramic hob. Heats quickly and temperature is easy to control.5
Great productTuyenAwesome product. Has lots of power. Better than the entry level products at Bunnings5
SIMPLE INDUCTION COOKTOP DOES THE JOBTonyThis induction cooktop installed easily and connects to a 10 amp power circuit. Worked immediately on power up. (Unlike the other IKEA model tried, which did not work out of the box!)
The Matmassig has power "BOOST" on two of the four burner areas. Only minor issue, the cooktop complains if anything like a damp tea towel gets on the control area. Much more sensitive than other cooktops we have owned. But, overall works well as advertised. Recommended.5
ExcellentFrancisInduction turned out to be very fast (and cheaper?) . Another advantage: as the glass plate get less hot than with ceramic elements, it is much easier to keep clean. We're very happy with this purchase.5
Best value Induction cooktopSubhashTher features and value you get for the price of this unit is very good. For the same features expect to pay at least twice as much with other manufactures or brands.5
Very happyChrisThis induction cooktop is working well for us. We installed the vent space under the bench top as required by the manual by packing up the bench top on discreet tall washers. Works a treat 5
So far so good JuliaHappy with our induction cooktop but beware, if you live in an older house a simple cooktop upgrade may require a complete rewire (our 1968 home did!) 5
Very GoodLucioI returned and replaced a MATMÄSSIG with this cooktop, and while it was good, this thing rocks!5
It was easy to purchasePhyllisIt is a wonderful product and I would have like more information about the product 5

Fabulous!!JeanThe Matmassig Induction cooktop is fantastic. I am enjoying cooking on this economic cooking appliance. Cooks quickly, evenly and clean up is a breeze. Very happy with my purchase.5
Great induction top with super sensitive buttonsGergoWe first bought a no-name induction oven from a Wednesday Special from a supermarket's middle isle. It died twice during its warranty period and wasn't doing really great. We thought that induction is not for use. When that previous unit finally died outside of warranty we were thinking about to buy a simple ceramic cook top, but my mother-in-law has one of this mode and she convinced us to choose this.
We did not regret as it is working like a charm.
I do love the boost option in case you just need to boil a kettle for a tea.
The only downside is the touch buttons that can be a bit too sensitive and I do regularly turning it on and off when I wipe clean.
Hope it will last for many years to come.
Take away from the story: if you have an induction cook top and you don't like it then maybe it is because the given unit is under performing and not the technology that is not good. Give a this model a try.5
Great budget unitGrahamThis unit is a great cook top for ones that are budget conscious. It's a great performer and does the job excceding well.5
A great buyEmmaI'm really happy with my Matmassig induction cooktop - it's so easy to cook on, heats up amazingly fast and the temperature is easily controlled. Much better than the gas or electric options I've had in the past and at a very reasonable price.5
Life changingGoranInduction cookers are a leap in cooking. Moving from electrical to induction is like going from open fire to electrical. The only downside is that we had to get new pots and pans because induction does not work with titanium pans.5
switches off infrequently. very sesitive.Danabeen using for a year now. shuts off infrequently ( even when only one hob is working) so I can never really leave the kitchen and have to always check on it in case it turned itself off. VERY sensitive to any water sprays during cooking (e.g from pasta) and will turn itself off. When it turned itself off ( for whatever reason), it has to be turned on again manually. Marks easily. The big hob ( on the left) does not cook evenly . Easy installation ( by electrician).2
