Knife is pretty good at cutting through meatJamesThe knife is able to cut through chicken and sausages with ease. Some of the big spoons have some marks on them that won't wash off. The big spoons seem more pointy to me IRL than what the pictures convey. These are dry after they've been through my V-ZUG Adoradish V6000 diskwasher.5
