Highly recommend!PatriciaSuper easy to install. All you need to ensure is that you get the distance between the screw/nail you want to hang it from. It has little step-like notches on the back to help you level it out incase you place your nail slightly unevenly. Good for small spaces, you can see your whole body even though you’re close to the mirror.5

Disappointing that Ikea couldn't help with advice with types of screws/hooks to purchase, even after we told them of the type of wall we have. Couldn't even help us with info, when we asked about getting Ikea's own installation workers to help us put the mirrors up.3

Perfect as positioned horizontally over a buffet. Nice light gold-toned frame that doesn’t overshadow the wallpaper behind the buffet. Good value.

Material

What is mirror glass?

Mirror glass comprises mostly of ordinary glass with a reflective coating in some kind of metal. In the past it was common for the coating to contain lead or mercury – but over time, both of these metals have been shown to be harmful to people and the environment. That’s why, as of several years ago, IKEA has a total ban on using lead or mercury in our mirrors and instead it is non-toxic silver or aluminium that reflects your mirror image.
