kungsforsMichaelwe needed an extra towel rail but were surprised to find out that the design of the product had changed. it looked great as it was so why change? but the greatest disadvantage was that the screw holes in the old design didn't match the positions of those in the newly designed product, and we were reluctant to drill another hole in our ceramic tile wall. why don't you have the end brackets in one single pack, and a range of rails of varying lengths to suit different situations such as on walls, backs of door, etc? why have different designs for the kitchen and the bathrooms? we returned the product to the store since totally unsuitable.1

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
