Compact canning companionRoszarieMy first canning funnel, bought mainly because the price looked amazing for a stainless steel set. Bargain of the century!
I do smaller (up to 350ml) jar preserves and refine speciality oils. The upper funnel is insanely secure in the smaller mouths, compared to bigger, clunkier "normal" funnels, leading to a much cleaner pour. I love the extension for distilling oils. I used to have to strain into a jug then restrain before transferring into bottles. So much washing up afterwards 🫤 I wish there was a finer mesh with this unit but it's easy enough to place a smaller strainer I already own over and into the top funnel, so no real complaints.
This product is robust, SO easy to clean and a real game changer in my kitchen. I was so impressed I bought another as a gift and the recipient is as enthused as I am. Highly recommended.
Exceeded my expectations!JenniferHave used this to fill salt & pepper grinders, herb jars etc but I was most impressed using it after juicing lemons. Placing funnel on top of glass bottle, it catches the seeds and pulp, then fresh juice is then stored in fridge, mess free. It’s easy to clean and compact for storage. Love it!

What is stainless steel?
Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
