Recent drawers have problems with differently designed metal runnersEmmaWe’ve bought many of these drawers over the years - about 50 so far - and until recently they’ve been problem free. However, the recent batch we bought has a different design for an element of the runner (different from the instruction booklet too). It means you force the drawer onto this different shaped element of the runner and the drawer is noisier and substantially stiffer when pushed back and forth. It’s like it’s the wrong part for the drawer when compared to the previous design. I bought a flat accessories drawer with the same design fault and returned it thinking it an error. I was shocked to find all the drawers I purchased later have the same design fault. It needs to be remedied by IKEA.

Quality has really droppedJoanneI bought this to make changes to an existing wardrobe which we love. The new draers are thinner, a different texture and corners are chipped. They do not slide as well as the older drawers. Really disappointed with the change.
