    Great endingMicheleThe first time I used this it malfunctioned and I contacted IKEA customer service who arranged for a service call. After being advised the part required was not available a replacement unit was ordered and a service person came installed the new unit and took away the original one. Since then I can only say it has been amazing, heating quickly and reducing just like a gas hob. Great value for money and would definitely recommend.5
    WORST COOKTOPJessieI have had the previous model, worked perfectly for 8 years easy to use, had to replace with this one as it is the only white one available, terrible cooktop so unnecessarily complicated so many buttons to press just to get it to work, very slow, and takes a long time to heat up. Do not recommend this no wonder it was on special, why Ikea has to change things to more complicated is beyond me!!!1
    Expected BetterAnonymous reviewerNice design with the white - however it was the only option. Hard to see the numbers as the lights aren't very bright. The bottom left hob is small and need to use the top one if using a bigger pan. Not a fan of needing to touch the cooktop location everytime to change the temperature. Really prefer the older model which worked perfectly and made sense. This one is quite complicated. In the consideration of getting this exchanged to a different one.2
    Great cooktop and easy to use AliInstalled this cooktip in our last house, kitchen renovation, the white looked gorgous in our all white kitchen. the cooktop was reliable easy to use and great value for money. When bridging the two elements into one, sometimes the unit would make a loud whisle sound, but the user manual says it can do that and its a normal part of the cooktop when being used. this is great value for money if you want to invest in induction without spending thousands of $$ this does everything you need in a busy kithen/family home 4

    It's been really reliableAnonymousWe installed the Ikea white induction hob a couple of years ago for our mother, and now I'm just considering purchasing one myself as it's been so reliable and easy to clean. Only adding this review as I noticed there are only negative reviews posted for this hob. This hasn't been our experience at all - its been brilliant, especially for the price when I know friends with expensive brand induction cooktops have had a lot of issues by comparison.5
