The slim design with clean lines makes the lighting easy to place wherever you like in the home, even inside bathroom cabinets and drawers.

Suitable for use in confined spaces, such as cabinets and closets, as the LED light source only emits low heat.

Easy to place wherever you like, even in drawers, since the lighting is battery operated and rechargeable.

The sensor reacts to your body movements at a distance of 1.5 m and automatically turns the light off after 60 seconds, should you forget to close the door or drawer.

You can light up even the smallest space in your home and put it to practical use with this super-slim lamp.

Easy to charge. You just remove the lighting, charge the batteries with a USB-C cable and click it back in place.

The lighting strip brightens up the inside of your drawers and makes it easy to see and find what you need.

The light switches on and off automatically when you open or close the drawer so no energy is wasted.

You can use the lamp horizontally or vertically.

Easy to install inside the wardrobe frame – at the top or under a shelf by using the included fittings.

The lighting's passive infrared sensor (PIR) reacts to body movements and heat and automatically turns the light on when you open the wardrobe or drawer. You can even choose to switch on/off manually.

    With new, fully charged LADDA AA 2450 mAh rechargeable batteries, one charging will last approx. 60 days if the lighting strip is used 5 minutes per day.

    For the lighting to work, it must be positioned in place with the sensor facing you.

    The LED indicator blinks when charging and shines with a steady light when the batteries are fully charged.

What about the batteries?! Useless product without them!LauraGiven IKEA AU not longer stock the 2400 batteries, the product is pretty much redundant. Same goes with all their other 'rechargeable' lighting. Pointless selling the lights if you don't sell the batteries.1
Dump sensor lightSumIt doesn't matter in daylight or night time. The sensor got triggered no matter the light situation in the surrounding.1
The adhesive doesn't adhere! JillThis is the second one of these I've bought- the first one was fine, but on this one the adhesive stickers to hold it up just don't stick, it keeps falling off. It's in a spot that I can't drill into, so really needed the adhesive option to work, but it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any way of getting replacement stickers, so it's a bit useless now. Otherwise it's a very nice product. 2

OK when working ChanelleIn a few months it has used up 2 sets of AA batteries. I have now purchased more batteries and will try it again. If they run our too quickly i will be returning this. The light is a great improvement on not having one, however it does not light up my 65cm x 40 cm x 35cm wardrobe shelve sufficiently.2

My goal with KÖLVATTEN battery-operated lighting was to create a cordless lamp that is easy to install, use and charge with a standard USB-C cable, regardless of whether it sits in a wardrobe or in a drawer. The shape follows the function to create space for the batteries and the correct angle for the LED light, without looking too technical. I hope you appreciate the simplicity of the lamp.
