    Tasty but naughty.SueI've been buying these for years and I love them, but I have recently been trying to eat healthier and avoid the ultra processed foods. These are highly calorific, and high in sugar and saturates. They also contain additives, diphosphates amongst them. I'll let you look it up if you're interested. Ikea, you are so into recycling and trying to live better lifestyles, a healthier biscuit could be something to look into maybe.3

    From kafferep to fika – the Swedish tradition of gathering at home to socialise, drink coffee and eat cookies has a long history. The custom came about during the 19th century and meant that the host was expected to serve exactly seven types of cookies to their guests. Fewer were considered stingy and more was seen as over the top, while seven was the perfect balance. At IKEA, we love this way of enjoying a special moment with others, no matter how many cookies are served.
