      The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.

      The pan has a rounded interior, which makes stirring and beating easy.

      Non-stick coating allows frying with less fat.

      Made of stainless steel, which makes the pans durable and easy to clean.

      Thick base with one layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. Gives an even and energy-efficient heat, which reduces the risk of food burning and sticking.

      You can cook food on a low heat and save energy because the stainless steel in the pan absorbs heat well and retains it for a long time.

      Easy to hang up and store by using the hole in the handle.

      This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

      Wash this product before using it for the first time.

      Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

      Non stick coating getting stickyLaraAfter 8 months of very regular use at least twice a week, I'm finding the non-stick coating is less effective than when I first bought this pan. It used to be easy to clean, but not any more. Now it needs vigorous elbow action (with a sponge) to get the frying surface clean. It's disappointing, as I bought it to replace a stainless steel pan that was tiresome to wash. In all other respects, I'm happy with the pan. It fries well and evenly, and is a good size for what I use it for. The price was also great. Sadly, due to the increased care it requires, I expect I will be replacing it in the next 12 months. The same is true for the 365+Wok bought last year.2
      Sticks like crazy MikaelaAfter a couple uses everything sticks. Cleaned it according to the instructions, slow heating, low heat and a little oil and everything gets stuck :(2

      Great non stick panJustinLove the ceramic gel coating. Have the same pan in aluminium and this is way better. The non stick is great and doesn't scratch like the Teflon coated ones do. This is the perfect pan that gives you the non stick with out the coating breaking down into your food as happens with Teflon as it wears done. We will be buying more of the ceramic gel coated pans to replace our old pans.5

      What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

      Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
