Non stick coating getting stickyLaraAfter 8 months of very regular use at least twice a week, I'm finding the non-stick coating is less effective than when I first bought this pan. It used to be easy to clean, but not any more. Now it needs vigorous elbow action (with a sponge) to get the frying surface clean. It's disappointing, as I bought it to replace a stainless steel pan that was tiresome to wash.
In all other respects, I'm happy with the pan. It fries well and evenly, and is a good size for what I use it for. The price was also great.
Sadly, due to the increased care it requires, I expect I will be replacing it in the next 12 months. The same is true for the 365+Wok bought last year.
Sticks like crazy MikaelaAfter a couple uses everything sticks. Cleaned it according to the instructions, slow heating, low heat and a little oil and everything gets stuck :(

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?
Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
