Only other point is the packaging... i cut two fingers trying to get them out of the packet... perhaps reconsider that tight formed plastic packaging for knives.3

365 knife setScottFor the price these are good knives. Certainly on par with my Globals which are rubbish for their price. Sharpen them with the Ikea 3 wheel sharpening tool and give them a touch up with the ceramic honing tool and you are good to go.5

What is stainless steel?
